What We Value

Getting Things Done.

Palantir is all about flawless and stunning execution. We value ability, ambition, and attitude applied toward Getting Things Done. We want DOers that can think, not just THINKers.

An Engineering Mindset.

Engineers love to solve problems and optimize process. You should too, no matter which team you work in. We are constantly seeking improvement in our product, in our process, and in our people. If you see something starting to break, don't just complain- suggest a fix. Better yet, fix it yourself.

Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee.

You will be on a flat team with decentralized decision-making authority and brilliant teammates. This gives us tremendous flexibility and an ability to iterate rapidly. The more you thrive in this kind of environment the better.

All for One, One for All.

Palantir is more than a company; it's a family. We take care of each other. We work extremely well together. We spend a lot of time together in and out of work. We are proud of our work, our accomplishments, and our teammates. We're looking for people to join our family, not simply to find a 9-to-5 job.

Meritocracy.

At Palantir, the best idea wins. This means you will need to earn the respect of your peers (and they, yours); seniority has no place here. If you have confidence in your ability and ambition, you should have no problem joining as an individual contributor, and then earning respect and a natural leadership role on the team.

Serious about doing great work.

Despite our casual dress and laid-back offices, in our professional capacity we can be very intense. This means you'll get a huge amount of positive feedback for top-quality work, and constructive criticism for anything less. This should excite you, not scare you.
