Some of us don’t roll in until 11 am, but for the early birds, we have catered hot breakfast; for the rest of us, there’s a chef-prepared lunch and dinner as well. HOUSING SUBSIDYAdjusting to life downtown can be tricky, so we make it easier on you: not only will we help you find housing close to Palantir – we’ll help you out with your rent. |

Our amazing Ops team will handle it, fast. LAUNDRY SERVICEUse the laundry bag we give you to bring in your wash, your dry-cleaning, and even shoes in need of repair. We’ll send your stuff off to a team of experts and drop it off at your desk when it’s ready. |

PREVENTATIVE HEALTHCARENot feeling well? Take a walk down the hall to visit our in-house physician. Feeling great? Check out our on-site gym with its wide variety of equipment and fully-stocked showers. We also pick up the tab for full-service athletic club right down the street, where there are classes reserved just for the Palantir family. We have a host of activity groups that get together to run, bike, exercise, wrestle, and even play Dance Dance Revolution. We’ll buy you ergonomic and athletic gear. If your muscles or back need some attention, you can schedule a free appointment with our onsite massage therapist or chiropractor. Or, feel free to use the massage chairs scattered throughout the office. LIFE INSURANCEWe hope your family never uses it, but we’ve got your life insurance needs covered nonetheless. |

MONTHLY
Events are built for families, culture vultures, and the rowdy bunch. Past events include: trampoline dodgeball, inner-tubing, trips to Cirque du Soleil and Wicked, Giants, Warriors and Sharks games, spa day, barbecues in the park, trivia night, Rock Band competitions, sushi night featuring an Iron Chef competition, and en masse trips to Great America, the Palantir Grand Prix, and a two-day county fair.
YEARLY
The End of the Year Party is the one time you’ll catch most of us dressed up. We have an annual, company-wide ski trip in Lake Tahoe. We snowboard, ski, ice skate, play broom ball, stay in suites and feast. Oh yes, and we sing karaoke.
BRAIN BUILDING
Exposure to emerging ideas within your discipline is important. The same goes for fresh perspectives, brilliant companies, and revolutionary ideas, presented by the speakers who share their work at our internal lecture series. Our monthly Palantir Night Live (PNL) events are open to the public. Sometimes very technical, sometimes industry-specific, always thought-provoking.
