Payroll Administrator
We’re seeking an experienced payroll professional who will make a huge contribution to our team by being a thorough and skillful hands-on contributor, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service to our employees. As Palantir’s Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for administering our payroll processes with an emphasis on efficiency and precision. Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing including verification of data accuracy and communications
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc custom reports
- Train employees and managers on various payroll-related topics, such as time entry process, time approval process, and wage hour law
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or a professional equivalent
- Five years’ payroll experience
- Payroll experience at a company of at least 300 employees
- Knowledge of ADP payroll system and Pay eXpert
- Solid knowledge of payroll taxes and accounting
- Understanding of wage/hour laws
- Understanding of GAAP
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strict confidentiality
Preferred
- Payroll experience in a high-energy start-up environment
- International payroll experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
