Recruiting Coordinator
Recruiting experience and the superb ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a hectic environment are essential to your success in this role. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an invaluable part of the crew responsible for developing, implementing, and executing on a broad recruiting strategy, with an emphasis on efficiency and overall value generation (hiring awesome people!).
You are smart, resourceful, organized, and have a knack for making things run smoothly. You possess the innate ability to anticipate and exploit opportunities. Preemptive problem-squashing? Yup, you’ve been doing it all your life.
Responsibilities
- Work with team members to ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates
- Coordinate travel arrangements for interviewees
- Handle logistics for recruiting-related events, including career fairs and conferences
- Review resumes and help determine the appropriate next steps
- Enter candidates and other relevant data into applicant tracking system
- Execute job posting strategy
- Manage recruiting-related expense reports
- Take on an array of special projects that advance the mission of our recruiting team
Requirements
- Recruiting experience (exposure to technical skills/candidates highly preferred)
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Superior time management and multi-tasking ability
- Poise, professionalism and discretion
- Strong analytical ability
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Natural team player
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a technology start-up environment
