BD Operations Analyst

We’ve been entrusted to support the rapid growth of the team as we deliver Palantir to the world. Our primary responsibility is to anticipate the operational requirements of the business and to fulfill them as rapidly as possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad support to the business development organization by constantly anticipating and exceeding requirements
• Plan travel arrangements, at times under extremely tight deadlines
• Coordinate and support conference logistics
• Simultaneously execute time-dependent projects in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• College Degree; preferably in Business, Communications, Computer Science/IT
• Ability to travel at least 25% up to 75%
• Must be willing to be available on-call 24/7 to respond to emergencies
• Extremely hard worker, ethical, thoughtful, and most importantly, genuine
• Ability to adapt and open to change, growth and new ideas
• You are a person that believes you “perform best under pressure”
