Front End Quality Assurance Engineer

Palantir Technologies, Inc. is looking for Software QA Engineers who are energetic, highly motivated, and detail-oriented. This is an opportunity to join a fast growing start-up, building cutting edge products. The individual must have a technical or analytical background. Your duties will include creating test cases, running test scripts, validating functionality, finding, filing and verifying defects, investigating issues, and working with developers to insure a successful, high quality release.

Responsibilities

• Review preliminary spec designs
• Design test cases using functional requirements
• Perform regression / verification testing
• File defects and verify fixed defects

Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Finance or Mathematics background is a plus
• B.S. in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in a fast moving environment with quick turn around objectives
• Must have excellent teamwork and independent decision making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
