Audio Visual Engineer

Palantir Technologies is looking for a full time AV engineer with Graphic Design experience to produce all events, meetings, conferences and product demos. The position is comprised of 50% producing and editing videos from events, and 50% design projects with the design team.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response to user requests for support during meetings
• Troubleshoot and setup AV/Networking equipment as needed
• Record, Produce and edit videos for all events and meetings
• Setup and breakdown AV equipment for all events and meetings

Requirements

• College degree not required but experience is
• 1 Years + audio engineering experience
• 1 year + graphic design experience
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Ability to travel to support engineering and sales activities/conferences

• Polycom or Tandberg H.323 Video Teleconferencing

Technical Skills

• Experience setting up audio at live events or meetings
• Experience with HD NLE workflows in Apple Final Cut Studio or Adobe Premiere
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, DreamWeaver
